https://bevstudios.blogspot.com/ Just thought I'd let you all know this ^ is now the place to find any of my stuff these days. Chooken.com is gone for now and you'll find the explanation on there as well as updates on all of my projects. I'm also posting movie/video game reviews, current artwork and other comics on there. Pretty much anything I do now, you'll find there :)

Chooken - The first 14 issues is, as the title suggests, a compilation of the first 14 issues of Chooken. I've finally finished making it, and it's now for sale, which I'm quite stoked about. I've been waiting ages to see Chooken in printed form and although these are the older comics, they still really spring to life on paper. The book is 336 pages, black and white, and contains a foreword by yours truley (detailing the origins of the comic) as well as some guest and original art. I've always found that allot of people wont read webcomics purely because they can't be bothered with all the clicking, sitting around on the computer for hours,

Here I am at the end of yet another school year. Last year it was IT, the year before that was Art School, and now I'm finishing my first year of Graphic Design at Tafe. So what have I picked up from my first year in this course? For starters I've learnt some new programs and skills. I can now create basic animations and interactive stuff in Flash, even though I've used the program to draw my comic for over 3 years this is the first time I've tried any of the more complex things Flash can do. I learnt how to use Indesign, which I've actually found more useful than I had originally thought. It's a great layout program and I can see myself usi
